Employment Opportunities - Full Time Patrol Officer

Applications with resume and self-addressed stamped envelope will be taken until Friday, January 14, 2011 at 4:30 p.m.

There will be a written test given on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  The test will be given at the Forest Lake High School Media Center, which is located at 6101 Scandia Trail North, Forest Lake, MN 55025.  All candidates are asked to arrive approximately fifteen minutes early for registration.  Valid picture identification is required.

Please Note:  Only those that do not meet the requirements to take the written test will be notified.  If you have turned in an application and do not hear from us, please show up for the written test on Thursday, January 27, 2011.

The purpose of this application process is to establish an eligibility list for a potential full-time patrol officer position in 2011.

Applicants must be MN POST board licensed or eligible to be licensed as of January 14, 2011. Applications can be picked up at the Forest Lake Police Department, Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30 or print the application below. Applications will not be mailed out. No faxes will be accepted.
