Forest Lake Police asking for the community's assistance:

On 05/26/2015 at 11:05 pm, Forest Lake Police responded to the Don Julio's restaurant located at 816 Lake Street South after receiving a 911 call of a robbery in which gunshots were fired. The victim described the suspect as a white male, approximately 19-20 years of age, with blonde hair approximately eight inches in length, and wearing a white t-shirt. The male victim was struck once in the abdomen. He was transported to Regions Hospital where he is in stable condition with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. An undisclosed amount of money was taken. The case is under investigation.
